Information under art. 13 and 14 of the EU GDPR 2016/679 and the national laws, on the processing of personal data of website users.
This information is also refer to the Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted in May 17th, 2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data (Group art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC) in order to identify a minimum set of requirements for personal data online collection, and, in particular, the methods, times, and nature of the information that the data Controllers must provide to users when they visit web pages, whatever the purpose is.

Place of data processing
The data processing related to these web services takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the Company and are only handled by technical personnel in charge of the processing. If needed, the data connected to the newsletter might be processed by third party companies in charge of the maintenance of the technological parts at their headquarters (data processor under art.28 EU Reg. 2016/679 and the national law).
No data related to the web service is ever communicated or disseminated.
